Can I bring a plus one?

We are unable to accommodate plus-ones and kindly ask that only those specifically named attend.

Can I bring my kids?

We kindly ask that only children who have been specifically named on their invitation attend the ceremony and reception.

When should I RSVP by?

We ask all guests to RSVP via our website by September 26th, 2026.

Is there parking?

Yes - Highfield Road Uniting Church has plenty of street parking surrounding the church. Heritage Country Club has a large carpark located near the reception building for our guests to use. See the photo below for reception parking details

Parking at the venue

How do we get between venues?

The ceremony and reception locations are approximately a 40‑minute drive apart. We encourage guests to organise transport ahead of time.

Is the reception venue accessible?

The canapés and dinner area is up a staircase on the left. An elevator is available to the right for guests who need it.

Is there accommodation?

Yarra Valley Lodge - where the welcome drinks and after-party are hosted, has hotel rooms available for guests who wish to stay onsite. Visit Yarra Valley Lodge and use code WEDDINGEVT for 10% off.

What can we do between the ceremony and reception?

There are a few hours between the ceremony finishing and canapés beginning at 5:00 PM. Here are some ideas to fill the time:

  • Grab a coffee or lunch in the Yarra Valley
  • Check out the Grand Hotel in Warrandyte
  • Visit Chandon or another local winery
  • Take a drive through the Yarra Valley scenery
  • Check in to your accommodation and freshen up
